| Walt is my new running buddy. This stroller rolls very easy but it's pretty heavy. Two miles while pushing this takes me 2-3 minutes longer than usual. |

| This is just south of the Pony Express RV park on Redwood Road and I-215. I swung from a tree right here into the Jordan River as a teenager. Gross. |

| I was a little surprised to find Walt awake at the end of the ride. It's a very smooth, paved trail and it was dark. |

So far we miss Shannon terribly but we're glad she's having such a fun time.

Our family needs to go use that awesome trail. First thing though, I need to get a bike. Or maybe I can sit in the bike trailer with the two youngest and Chad could pull us.
